Well, besides the fact the Internet Explorer isn't very friendly to web developers and the like, there is yet another reason to remove it from your life altogether! The reason is that there is apparently some sort of flaw in Internet Explorer that allows hackers to get access to the user files!! WHAT??? Yep, here's what "Microsoft" had to say about the issue. "Our investigation so far has shown that if a user is using a version of Internet Explorer that is not running in Protected Mode an attacker may be able to access files with an already known filename and location." Well, that about sums up why I do not like IE.
I'll let you determine whether you like it or not yourselves, but my suggestion to you would be to remove IE altogether from your PC and start using a good browser like "Firefox", "Safari", or the upcoming nice piece of work "Chrome". I'm not saying they don't have their problems... but at least they are all standards compliant and they look great and work great!

Here are some extra notes about how to accomplish this.
1. #sidebar1Wrapper needs to be set as "position: relative; and overflow: visible;" like this:
#sidebar1Wrapper{position: relative; overflow: visible;}
2. Find your unique #sectionContent Id number (using Web Developer or Firebug firefox addons or "view page source") for the element you want to position on the page for example:
My recent comments element id is #sectionContent1775600. So I add a position: absolute; and my left and top properties to position it on the page, like this:
#sectionContent1775600{position: absolute; left: -310px; top: -230px; width: 250px;}
I also added a width to my section, you will probably want to do the same with yours.
